My Commitment to you
As the Master of Ceremonies for your event, I will act as the host for your party and celebration. Think of me as both Ant & Dec!
It will be my duty to ensure your speakers and special guests are appropriately introduced and to make announcements as and when necessary. I will oversee the smooth running of your event by engaging not only with your guests but your entire events team from the Events Planner, Venue Manager, Caterers, and so on. Every event is different, however, the one common theme is ensuring everyone is happy and that things go on time. The Master of Ceremonies is the supplier that everyone in the venue knows and recognises and therefore more often than not is the one people will update with changes and updates.
It will be my responsibility to see that your event flows smoothly, that the vision for your event is achieved, and also to ensure the audience is entertained! The art of ensuring a happy and successful event is to ensure you choose a Master of Ceremonies who understands that each and every event whatever the size of the venue or the number of guests, is as important as another.
From Birthdays to Weddings to Receptions – Popat Present has you covered!
Most importantly, I know that I am the master of Ceremonies. I am NOT the star of the show. My duty is to ensure YOU are the stars of your show.

How it all works
3 simple steps…

Step 1. Let’s Meet
Before any event I am chosen to host I insist on meet with the hosts so that together we can run through the itinerary for your special day. I also suggest on meeting with other members of your events team before the event to ensure everything runs smoothly, getting familiar with the other suppliers ensures that together we all become your events family. By meeting we can also understand what you want the role of the MC to be at your event. The more aligned we all are on your vision for the event the smoother everything will go.

Step 2. Let’s Plan
Once we have met and we have a plan and vision in place for what we want to achieve at your event we then need to set things in motion. I can contact your speaker and key celebrants, speaking to the people who will have a key part to play in your event is paramount in ensuring they have the appropriate introduction and support.

Step 3. The BIG Day!
This is your day, everything should be set in motion. Of course there are always last minute changes, however, the familiarity built with the rest of your events team will allow us ensure things run smoothly all the way through.
